Questions before you start
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan has no card. You can build real orders and see the vendor lists before you decide.
Do I need accounts with S&S, SanMar or JDS?
Only if you want them. S&S connects with your own account number and API key. SanMar and JDS load from the product files those vendors give you. You can use all three, one, or none.
Does Stitchline order from the vendors for me?
Not yet. It writes the list for each vendor, with color and size, and you place the order. That keeps you in control of what you buy.
Will it email my whole customer list?
Never. Every email goes to the one customer on the order, from your own reply address.
Where is my data kept?
In your own site’s database. We do not copy it to our servers. You can export it and delete it. Read the privacy policy.
Does it need a store on my site?
Payment links use your site’s store and payment setup, so the site needs one. Supplier import also needs the store.
What if I get stuck?
Open the Help tab. The assistant checks your setup and gives you the fix. If it can’t, one button sends us the details, and we reply within one business day.
